Trouble signing in

You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with the email address and password you registered with. They all reach the same account, so if one is giving you trouble, try another and you will find everything where you left it.

If Sign in with Apple does not open, check that you are signed in to your Apple Account in your iPhone's Settings, then try again.

Sunshine and Mark

Sunshine helps you find music to listen to, and Mark helps artists with uploading, approval and payouts. They start talking on their own — you do not need to press anything. Say "stop" and they will stop.

They need permission to use your microphone and speech recognition. If they cannot hear you, check those permissions for Desthim in Settings.

For artists

Every upload is reviewed by a person before it appears in the app. Review takes up to three days. If a track has been waiting longer than that, email us and we will look into it.

Earnings are paid per stream and payout checks are sent every three months. You will need to connect a payout account before any money can be sent.

Subscriptions

Everything is free for your first three days. After that, Basic and Premium unlock the full library and the AI companions. You can see both plans on the Plans screen in the app.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: tap your profile picture, then Delete your account. If you would rather we did it for you, email us from the address on your account and we will take care of it.
