These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Desthim Music app, operated by Desthim Inc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

All music, artwork, branding, and software made available through the Service is owned by Desthim, its licensors, or the artists who upload it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Desthim may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Desthim’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes to These Terms

Desthim may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
